I began my journey at Forrestfield Primary as a Kindergarten teacher, and over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of transitioning into my current role as a Specialist Art Teacher. Throughout my time here, I’ve been passionate about fostering creativity, self-expression, and confidence in students of all ages.

Building meaningful, supportive relationships with students, their families, and the wider school community is at the heart of my teaching. I believe that a nurturing, caring environment helps students feel safe to explore and grow, both artistically and personally.

Forrestfield Primary has always felt like home to me, and I am proud to be part of such an inspiring and connected community. I look forward to continuing to support and guide our students as they discover and develop their creative potential.

As a teacher at Forrestfield Primary School, I am dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment where all students are supported in reaching their unique learning goals. I have a passion for ensuring that all students have equitable access to learning experiences.

I uphold high expectations of each student and encourage all students to show our school virtues every day.

I enjoy fostering a growth mindset with students, always looking for ways that we could be “even better if…”. It is so rewarding when students share their excitement with their personal growth, reflecting on where they started, where they’re at in the moment and where they strive to go next.
